Level 1: 60 calories, 50 KB Swings
Level 2: 75 calories, 70 KB Swings
Level 3: 95 calories, 85 KB Swings
For whatever level you are attempting, you must reach those calories and KB swings each round
If you do not have access to a fan bike, substitute it with another form of cardio (rowing, running ,etc.)
If you do substitute the cardio, maintain the same calorie burn each round
