This program is for those who are looking for a good way to get into a regular exercise routine
All you need is 5 minutes a day and any extra effort you put forward after the 5-minute period is up to you!
This is a perfect way to transition into the more demanding
C.C.I.T. (Cardio. Calisthenics. Interval. Training) here on Interval Athlete!
Use Theory of 5 for a good full-body warm-up if you already exercise regularly!
Rules & Schedule
5 Minutes of Exercise, 5 Days a Week
After 5 Weeks, Complete TWO Circuits (10 Minutes Total)
After 10 Weeks, Complete THREE Circuits (15 Minutes Total)
After 15 Week, Complete FOUR Circuits (20 Minutes Total)
(1 minute each set, no rest between sets)
Choose 1 Cardio Exercise
Chose 1 Upper Body Exercise
Choose 1 Lower Body Exercise
Choose 1 Core Exercise
Repeat Cardio Exercise
