Level 1: 50lbs on the stack, 2-25lb DBs
Level 2: 100lbs on the stack, 2-50lb DBs
Level 3: 150lbs on the stack, 2-75lb DBs
See-Saw DB Rows- Row one arm at a time, as that DB goes up, the other goes down. Both DBs should stay off the ground unless you are resting
Pull-Ups- If you can't complete, perform jumping pull-ups until time expires
