If you are looking for quality one-on-one personal/group training sessions, you are in the right place. Each program is formulated for the individual or group. No workout will ever be the same! If you want to be better tomorrow than you are today, it is time for you to sign up for our training programs. Whether you are new at fitness, have taken a break for a few years(maybe decades), are an upcoming or seasoned athlete- get ready to be challenged and rewarded!

What you get with Interval Athlete Personal Training (couples are welcome)
  • One-on-one attention for 30, 45 or 60 minutes
  • Custom-tailored programs based on your goals
  • Precise form evaluations, equipment usage and instruction
  • Nutrition guidance and accountability
  • Homework assignments, outside of weekly sessions
  • Direct access for any questions or inquiries

What you get with Interval Athlete Group Training (3+ participants)
  • Group-based training, based on either a particular objective or sport
  • Generalized form correction and technique instruction
  • Light nutrition and hydration information
  • Fun group atmosphere
  • Competitive drills and stations

Where you can train at (Mount Washington, North Baltimore, Timonium, Towson-Maryland)
  • Your local gym (membership/guest passes/other fees necessary prior to training there)
  • Your home gym
  • A local school track / park / field / church / rec facility (permission to train prior)
  • The gyms that I operate out of (membership needed)- on the link
