Pick a location that has two kinds of terrain. (Trail / Road) (Trail/Beach) (Road/Beach)
Pick a distance to run
Divide that distance by 2
Perform half of the distance on one type of terrain and the other half on the other terrain
Mix it up as you like!
4 Miles (2 Trail Miles / 2 Beach Miles)
1 Mile (.25 Mile Road, .50 Mile Beach, .25 Mile Road)
2 Miles (1 Beach Mile, 1 Trail Mile)
Determine distance in 1 mile increments. Complete 50 Push-Ups after each mile.
1 Mile - 50 Push-Ups (repeat for "x" miles)
Walk / Jog 1 Mile, 15 Push-Ups after each mile
