Walk/ Jog / Run for 30 minutes
During this time period, for every 1/2 mile you complete, perform push-ups
Start at 10 push-ups for the first 1/2 mile
Add 5 push-ups for every additional 1/2 mile that you run
Example: 1/2 Mile~10 push-ups, 1 mile~15 push-ups...2.5 miles~30 push-ups--until time expires
Start at 5 Push-ups and add 3 push-ups every 1/2 mile
