Pick a Distance in Miles
For each mile, start off the mile slowly and by the end of the mile running/jogging quickly
2 minute intervals are helpful in increasing your run times
After each mile mark, slow to your original starting pace and repeat
Example (0-2 Minutes: 5 mph, 2-4 Minutes: 6 mph, 4-6 Minutes, 7 mph)
