Whether developing unique interval training programs, custom-tailored personal training plans or providing nutritional guidance, Brian keeps the client's goals in mind. His primary methods of training are not based upon the number of repetitions or the distance traveled but the quality of each repetition and every mile.
Brian loves working with all age groups, athletes and even those with previous injuries or specific orders from the doctor! He has trained collegiate soccer players, collegiate baseball players, USATF Master's competitors, high school lacrosse players, government personnel (i.e.- fire department, police and military) and many "Average Joes!"
Brian has been active throughout his entire life, always playing sports and enjoying the outdoors. He has played baseball, soccer, basketball, paintball and rock-climbed. He loves to run in 5k's/off-road races, mountain bike, road bike, swim open water and is looking to participate in many more triathlons.
Whether weight loss, gaining muscle/mass or preparing for the next competition is your goal, Brian can prepare a program that suits your needs. He loves to safely mix traditional strength and cardio training and with newer training methods to meet each of the goals of his clients.
On a side note- Brian has been career Firefighter / Paramedic for 10 years and enjoys every minute of it!
